Travel fee
Travel fee is waived for 3 or more animals at a time in the same location. No travel fee will be charged for patients within a 10 mile radius. Patients beyond a 10 mile radius will incur a travel fee of $2.00/per mile in addition to their visit fee.

Cancellation policy
Dr. Petrilli requires a minimum of 24 hours notification to reschedule or cancel an appointment to avoid payment in full for no shows, missed appointments, and/or same day cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
